I absolutely adore this place! The decor exudes a charming, moody ambiance that creates the perfect atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Hailey did an amazing job on my nails, while Alice worked her magic on my daughter’s. I also got the milk and honey pedicure, and oh my gosh it’s amazing and Hailey did such a great massage! They are both exceptionally professional and engaging, ensuring we felt right at home. The cleanliness and modern design of the establishment are truly impressive. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

I had the Jelly Pedicure with Dory. It was my first time visiting Noir and I was absolutely blown away. The salon is nice, modern, clean… but what really stood out to me was the time and attention taken on the foot care!! The Jelly Pedicure has squishy jelly stuff in the water which feels amazing as your feet soak. The scrub, lotion, hot towels, fresh orange slice rub, hot stones … no detail was missed and I truly felt relaxed and cared for. This foot/leg care portion of the treatment was ~50 minutes of absolute bliss!!! When Dory painted my nails, we noticed a small imperfection in the polish. Rather than a quick fix, she took the time to remove and re-apply (twice!)- which really speaks to the attention to detail here.
I’m a sucker for a good foot rub and always leave my pedicures feeling cheated- but this experience was COMPLETE opposite! An absolutely incredible service.
Other notes : the nail technicians were not speaking to each-other in their foreign tongue, the receptionist gentleman was lovely, the washrooms were very clean, the massage chairs were in perfect working order. They also serve a variety of drinks (although I cannot comment on them as I didn’t have anything).

As always Noir never disappoints! Came in for the Jelly pedi, and it was an awesome experience. Always happy to come back!! The staff is so friendly and the salon has more colors than I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend

The place was nice and had ok service. I made an appointment and of I ended up waiting for both my nails and pedicure. The pedicure experience was nice however the polish and shaping is rough. When I arrived I had nice shaping of my nails and smooth surface. When I left they’re bumpy and poorly shaped. The polish is applied so far back it looks like they already need a fill. I was excited to treat myself but I don’t think I would go back.
