This is me! Bare-faced, unfiltered, and virtually fuss-free. But, this is not really about me. It's about someone special who I had the good fortune of meeting 8 years ago, esthetician extraordinaire, and one of the kindest people i know, Charmaine Shipley.

Charmaine's extensive knowledge and decades of experience coupled with genuine care culminated in helping me achieve the skin of my dreams. Charmaine's focus and passion are directed at building a firm foundation capable of supporting optimal results that accumulate overtime -an approach I have come to trust and deeply respect as it has proven to deliver steady and sustainable results speaking volumes to structural integrity (in the form of collagen production) as well as to the professional integrity of a skilled clinician prepared to educate that compromised skin is at risk of further damage when not given adequate time to strengthen and repair from the inside out; laying a solid foundation, one step at a time, is integral in any building process -skin care is no exception.

Targeting areas of concern such as minimizing scars, eliminating acne, reducing pore size and improving overall texture was always my primary hope and goal. Slowing the signs of aging was never part of the agenda, although regular treatments combined with a healthy lifestyle and a dedicated skincare routine have undoubtedly contributed to attaining a more youthful appearance. Some of my favorite treatments include Hydrafacial, Laser Genesis, and Microneedling.

I can't imagine ever growing accustomed to receiving the flattering compliments i do on my complexion for the years I spent feeling insecure and completely at odds in skin that didn't reflect my nutritious diet, active lifestyle, and generally optimistic attitude ...but, I have learned to graciously accept and certainly appreciate.☺️

I had the pleasure of trying the Hydraglow treatment at the clinic during their Mother's Day promotion. Charmaine made the experience exceptional. She took the time to thoroughly assess my skin condition and explain my skin taking time to adjust to medical-grade skincare products. Her guidance was clear and personalized, and she reminded me to stick to the recommended skincare routine for optimal results.

A week later, Charmaine followed up to check on my progress and provided additional tips for using the right products. Her attentiveness and commitment to ensuring my skin’s health impressed me.

I also tried the Dermaplaning and Vitamin C treatment, which helped soothe and hydrate my skin after a summer sunburn. The results were fantastic—my skin felt refreshed, radiant, and rejuvenated. The medical-grade products she suggested worked wonders and have become a part of my routine.
