I’ve been coming here to do my eyebrows since I lived in Surrey, and even after moving to Burnaby, I still make the trip because they’re just that good! The staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and kind. They explained every step of the process and made sure I felt at ease throughout. The waxing was done with such care and precision, and I truly appreciate how gentle and thorough the process was. It was one of the most comfortable waxing experiences I’ve ever had.

The facial was absolutely incredible. My skin feels so fresh, hydrated, and glowing. I could tell that high-quality products were used and that the esthetician was highly skilled. She not only focused on the treatment but also gave helpful tips for ongoing skincare, which I found so thoughtful and valuable.

recently visited New touch for a haircut for myself and my daughter, and we had a great experience. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. I asked for a long layered cut for myself and a cute trim with bangs for my daughter.
