Best place to get jewellery in Calgary! Most stores sell tunnels/stretchers per single and here you are charged by the pair! You can get anything from stainless steel to gold! Great prices and great family run business. You wouldn't expect such a true gem to be found tucked away here but I will be going back for all of my piercings from here on out. Every kind of piercing and type you can imagine!!!! 10/10 (also if you love playboy like I do it is one of the few places you can find ANY playboy jewelery)

Bought two septum rings here a while ago and both were too small. I asked the lady about sizing and she didn’t really seem like she new what she was doing. And obviously you can’t try them on so I have no choice to spend money and take them home to see if they fit.

I loved all the options and was so excited to visit this place but ending up having the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. First they charged me an extra $28 piece to my bill when I never picked it out. If I hadn’t asked for a receipt I would’ve never known. Then they gave me all 16 gauge and one 18 gauge when I said I only wanted and needed 16 gauge. Then they physically measured all of my jewelry and I told them the measurements weren’t right, but they insisted that they were right and they had been in this industry for many years. I had already paid for the jewelry thinking that they knew what they were talking about but when I corrected them multiple times they refused to refund me. They claimed that 1.30mm is a 14 gauge. If you look at any conversion chart 1.30mm is a 16 gauge. I felt like I was losing my mind, I was having major anxiety.
I decided to go to a piercing shop to get some clarification, and just like I knew in my heart, I was right. The piece they told me was a 14 gauge is a 16, and the piece they told me was a 16 is an 18. I just wanted to buy some jewelry and I was so excited and then my day was ruined by ignorance and uneducated employees and I wasted my money. If I can give any advice, don’t go to a jewelry shop for measurements or piercing advice, just visit an actual educated piercer. They know what they are talking about.
