I have been going to Teresa for a few years and have always been very impressed by the service provided. However, yesterday I noticed the salon was much cleaner and the staff seemed happier. I found out that they have a new owner. That must be the change! It can only be positive. Maybe some of those clients who were unhappy with their service will come back because I see changes for the better coming.

I called right as I landed in victoria and got in right away. I told them I wanted a new set and pedicure in an hour and a half and they delivered. It looks amazing and they were so accommodating. I was very impressed!

I was so happy that Natalie's squeezed me in for a pedicure. However the service I received was not at all like being squeezed in. They were lovely and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go back for the relaxation and care they took.

I phoned booked for acrylic fill and gel polish. There website offers it. They started doing my nails, putting uv This lady that was doing the Lashes came out and said oh you don’t want UV I said no I booked for acrylic. Why did I get lied to then I said fine before I hadn’t even an opportunity, the gel was already on the base coat was already on my nails. Oh just they’re pressuring me just let her finish. Just let her finish as a client coming in and as we were asking for a particular type of service, Like a particular type of product because it works better for the type of work we do that’s why I like acrylic. I did not want UV gel. I would not have booked in with this nail place. If I had known you guys don’t even use acrylic your website offers it. Your staff booked me in saying that I was getting acrylic with a gel topping and that is not What happened? Your staff just decided to do whatever they want as a client should not have to argue with staff so unprofessional what is wrong with your business? Absolutely disgusting behaviour from your your staff.
Unprofessional argumentative Absolutely repulsed by my experience quite rattled from this whole entire experience!! They started using gel when I asked for acrylic I wouldn’t have ever come here! When I client books for service don’t lie that you offer it. what she was doing pretended like she couldn’t understand what I was saying in English then the woman that was started fixing my nails after been sitting for an hour and a half start arguing with me. Telling me to take down. What staff members asks a client to take a review down it’s just so weird to me. I said to her yeah once my nails are completed and done up to satisfactory. I’ll decide if I want to take the review down. Then she got angry and said I’m not gonna do your nails then after I’ve already been sitting there for an hour and a half after I was already lied to about the product that they told me over the phone that you guys had but actually didn’t have any you guys decided to do whatever you. I said I’ll decide if I wanna take it down. I wish I got her her name on her badge of who this person was so I could out who she was on this review, threatening me verbally. This is absolutely completely unacceptable for any person to ever have to experience something that I just experience today. I was literally going in for a self-care service to relax and was offered absolutely not at all. You created way more anxiety and stress for no reason you could’ve just been professional don’t don’t offer a service on your website that you don’t even do. The cleanliness of the shop was absolutely disgusting.. Photo of her not finishing my nails because she didn’t like that I had to review up. I asked to ask to speak the owner was she would not give me the name of the owner
