Thoa is the sweetest nail tech, the way she greets everyone, takes care of her customers is commendable. She is so hard working, always tries her best to satisfy everyone. The nail salon is very clean and tidy. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I could not believe the terrible experience I had at this location Nails for You(Bramalea and Sandalwood). I have spent hundreds of dollars at the location but I will never be going back! I told three different associates that I only wanted ACRYLIC nails and a pedicure. They had me wait 30 minutes although I had an appointment which really wasn’t an issue but then when they started prepping my nails at the pedicure station I noticed the associate started applying bio gel. When I addressed this another lady started convincing me bio gel is a better option even when I said no multiple times(I have had bio gel before). Then the lady that did my bio gel process kept burning my hands under the UV light. I addressed this and she wouldn’t say a word instead another woman kept saying this is normal. After getting my toe nails painted a dark red I got moved to another station to do my hand nails and I told the lady I wanted the same colour as my feet. The lady that painted my toe nails is the same lady that painted my hand nails. At first I looked at it and noticed it was lighter but I thought it was just because of the lighting. I was told I would be charged 45+55 which adds up to 100 but got charged 110 at the register(I paid cash). When I got home I noticed the two shades were off by a lot. One dark red and one light red. When I called back the lady on the phone told me to come in so she can see. Mind you she kept speaking over me on the phone and I couldn’t even get a word in. Then when I went in she started telling me they need to charge me another 25$ to change the colour even though it was their mistake. As I was walking out I mentioned that due to this poor service I will have no choice but to write a review and she started YELLING at me as I was leaving the store. I was a regular customer here that has spent a ton of money and I never have written a review before but I was shocked at the way they were treating me. So unprofessional. I will never go back to this location and I recommend that you choose another location as well.

Took my daughter there to get bio gel nails. At the end of the transaction, the amount was way way way higher than I had ever anticipated. I paid it confused and left. I later returned to the store to ask why the hell it cost so much money. She told me that she had to remove some nails, which is fine I get that and then a fresh set of bio gel but then then my daughter‘s French tips were additional $25. This blows my mind I have never seen that happen anywhere. Also, if you see a mother and daughter in your store and the daughter is asking for something that’s going to cost additional 25 dollars do you not think it would not be a great idea to say hey mom this is what she wants. Is that OK? instead of just ringing up the tab without even me knowing what the hell is going on at the other side of the nail salon? Absolutely disgusting I will never be back ever ever ever. A 13-year-old girl’s nails should not have cost $105 not on any planet ever. If you want a beautiful surprise at the cash register when you’re done then please go to this place but if you would like to not get ripped off, there are million other nail salons in Brampton that do not employ insane people
