I came in desperate for help because I had gotten my nails done somewhere else and they buffed my nails so thin and did a horribly sloppy job.

Daniel heard my cry for help and was so compassionate and kind. He was so gentle with me and comforting. He also made sure I was comfortable throughout the while service and happy each step. He gave me the best birthday nails ever! He chose the perfect color for my skin tone and gave me a beautiful chrome finish!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Nails #1! Everyone made sure I felt cared for and I saw they treat each person who walks into the door with care and respect ?

If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
I paid $108 for a shellac manicure and pedicure on Friday April 4. Not even 48 hrs later, on Sunday April 6, ALL of my shellac polish for my manicure peeled off.
I called the salon, the lady I was speaking with would not tell me her name, she just kept repeating “you can come back and we will fix it”. Problem being, I am not in Winnipeg and can not go in to have it redone, and they will not refund. Also, the woman that I was just talking to on the phone will not give me a name, and I asked to speak to the manager, she told me she was the manager.. then told me, in the same conversation, that the manager is not there right now. So… she lied! To top everything else off.
Also at first, she told me that I could use credit to buy a lotion or polish or something, but now told me that the credit is for service only.

Please, do not waste your time or money going to this so-called nail “salon”, they do not know what they are doing!!

Avoid. Pretty sure this is a human tracking ring. I’m a 49 year-old woman who has had at least 1,000 pedicures and have NEVER had such a bad experience. I left wearing flip flops allowing the white polish to dry and cure for at least five hours. The next day, all my wooly socks had embedded into the polish. Today, five days later, the polish easily scrapes off. My daughter and I tried out this place for the first time as it was close to polo park. Clearly the Slavic “technician” had zero clue what she was doing. A big red flag is that they also require prepayment only by cash or debit. Never encountered that before, but it now makes sense so as to avoid cc merchant charge backs. A second red flag was their entire salon with 20 seats or so was completely empty. My best advice is to anyone reading this: never go there. My first clue should have been how dirty the bathroom was…

my nails hurt really bad , the acrylic is very thin and fragile. took them 2 1/2 hours and they gave me hangnails from the filing. i asked for them to make them thicker but they didn’t, i spoke up quite a few times. the length, design, and shape is all wrong. i paid $105 and i wish i got my money back.
the 4th is the inspiration picture i asked for which i didn’t receive.
