I've had an excellent experience at this clinic! Adam is a highly knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapist who always takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Alyx and Leo are incredibly skilled massage therapists, their treatments have made a big difference in my recovery. I've also had a great experience with Teac, the chiropractor, who brings a thoughtful and effective approach to care. I always feel well looked after here, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement since starting treatment.

I can't say enough great things about the team at Seton Momentum Health. I first went in for a motor vehicle accident assessment and worked with Matt and Kristin, who were not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive throughout my healing process. Despite my fear of needles, they gently encouraged me to try dry needling—and now I'm a total fan! Their approach made me feel safe and cared for every step of the way.

I also saw Kelsie to help with my fear of driving at night, and from the very first meeting, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She was warm, easy to open up to, and genuinely understanding. It made such a difference in my confidence and healing journey.

Even the front desk staff deserves a huge shout-out—they knew me by name from my very first visit and were always so cheerful, friendly, and easy to book with. It really made the whole experience that much more welcoming and seamless.

Even though I’ve made progress and feel helped, I honestly miss going in. The team at Seton Momentum is truly special—compassionate, down-to-earth, and absolutely brilliant at what they do. Highly, highly recommend!

We worked with Adam and Diane for my mom's knee surgery. They have an amazing team and took really good care of us. She has second knee surgery and we will definitely come back post the surgery. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Momentum Health Physiotherapy. I received treatment from Kristen for my left knee discomfort, and she was fantastic! Not only was the treatment effective, but she also took the time to educate me on the causes of my discomfort and how to prevent it from recurring. I really appreciated her thoughtful, professional approach and how she tailored the sessions to my specific needs. Highly recommend!
