I am writing here for Louisa ( I might have spelled it wrong) she is very kind and has excellent customer service skills. She did her job best to get me my desired ring. I didn’t have much knowledge of diamonds she helped me to choose. Even After I purchased she showed me some more solitaire rings even though she knew I am not going to buy those because I already got the onewhich i wanted still she was happy to serve and didn’t get irritated at all. She is the best. Also the lady working with her was also very kind.

I would highly recommend Donna for anyone who is looking to buy jewelry. More specifically an engagement ring. I don’t live in Calgary but she has gone above and beyond to provide me a ton of information and has been extremely helpful in the process. We have had a bunch of calls and she always went above and beyond to provide me honest and helpful guidance. She is the one to go to! 10/10 experience…..GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE LOL

I had the absolute pleasure of shopping with Donna at MH last week and it was honestly the best in-store shopping experience I’ve had to date! She is so amiable and helpful - I was able to truly look at all their lovely pieces to my heart’s content without ever feeling rushed/pressured to buy. I bought a gorgeous tennis bracelet and the price for the value is better than anywhere else (and I definitely did my research)! If you’re in Calgary, I definitely recommend visiting this location and asking for Donna!

Please beware of this company. Very BAD system. They don't care about their customer because they just protect their own term. I had a horrible experienced in this branch, the name of the lady is Vannesa. She was the one assisted and convince me to buy the couple ring. Which i really like too. I doubted to buy it since the price is a bit high but she told me that i can have it and think if i want to keep the ring or return it. Since they have 30 days return policy. Here is the problem, after 5 days i decided to return it. The staff do some assessment and it turns out the rings has a scratch which you cannot see it your eyes only, it can see through their special magnifying glass. And the decision from the boss was declined because it appears that we used the rings prior to return. My point is how can i justify myself that we never used the rings the whole time. It was from the display and of course how many custormers tried it in. That was the last pair they had.
So please be mindful and if possible don't patronize their product.

Attention, everyone! I want to share my recent experience with the Michael Hill jewelry store in Calgary regarding their warranty and product quality.

In May, I purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from this store as a Mother’s Day gift. I was attracted by their quality certificates and the 12-month warranty. However, after only 5 months of normal wear, the bracelet broke.

When I approached the store for a repair or replacement under the warranty, I was denied service, with the claim that it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. To add to my frustration, I wasn’t even given a written denial, which raises serious concerns about their commitment to honoring their warranties.

I requested either a replacement of the bracelet or a full refund, as I believe that a simple repair won’t ensure the item’s durability. If it breaks again, I could lose it entirely, resulting in an even bigger loss.

This experience has left me disappointed in Michael Hill’s service, and I want to warn others to be cautious when buying jewelry from this store.
