I recently purchased from the Carrington Sales Center and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Jozee and Michelle, in particular, were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure all my questions were answered throughout the entire process. Aashna and Jenna also provided excellent support. Their professionalism and friendliness made my purchase smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Carrington Sales Center to anyone looking for top-notch service and a great customer experience. Thank you for making my purchase so pleasant!

The siding popped out as it’s believed the wood behind it it not correct installed. Emailed the problem to Ruth in warranty team, not even got any response for two weeks. Called this morning and she told me the warranty is expired even if there was something faulty when the house was built. Refused to send someone to take a look if there is something about the frame when the house was built, And I found the siding warranty should be 5 years which is expiring at 2027.
Emailed about the tiles loosen in master bedroom as they didn’t install the underlying when house built, and after the possession the builder took the same tile out for cutting the vent hole which is they forgot, they not even put it back right and cause the tile loose now. Same thing I got back from the warranty team is they not gonna send anyone back to take a look.
They say no to everything that regarding about the warranty. Why have warranty team if you are doing nothing for warranty? Not even answer back to you! No respectful.

Worst home buying experience!!! Worth reading
I would suggest spend a little extra money and go with a builder is not a cookie-cutter home builder.

Mattamy home uses bottom of the barrel material to build their homes and use cheap trades to finish their clients homes.

Just to give you an example my neighbor house framing was done by a guy who was couple of years into framing and he learned it from Youtube.

My new build had issues with almost everything they have installed in the house from flooring (Uneven), vinyl stairs (squeak when you walk on them) Paint (I feel like my kids could do better job), faulty furnace (had to call Canyon plumbing over a dozen time), cracks in window casings, gas fireplace (never worked from day one) and list goes on.

I have attached some pictures for you to see and most of them I deleted.
Stay away from this Cheap builder and don't waste your hard earned money with them!
if you do decide to buy with them, please walk around the community to get feedback from other buyers.

I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received from this builder. For over two months, I’ve been requesting a proper stair installation for the walk-in/out basement. It’s extremely unsafe for the renter, who currently has to climb up and jump off to enter or exit the unit. Despite multiple emails, I haven’t received any reply or update, which is frustrating and unprofessional.

To make matters worse, there was a scheduled appointment with the trade , but no one showed up. No notice, no follow-up — just silence. This kind of lack of communication and delay in addressing safety concerns is completely unacceptable. I expected better service and accountability.

Stay away from this scam company
After we bought our house they raised the price by $10,000 and said if you don't want it cancel
And during the construction of the house they raised it again several times and when the house was ready and I calculated they charged me $90,700 for aggregate
I faced many problems when I delivered our house
1 The doors were all damaged
2 The painting was very, very bad
3 Many of the windows were scratch
4 The floor made noise when I walked and its scratch all over the floor
5 The electric plg for outside our house was not working
6 sealing was very wavy
7 All the stairs were noisy
8 Many of the window locks were not working
9 on the contract said you have an 8 foot basement but when I measured it it was 3 inches smaller
10 The cabinets didn't fit my choice
11 The stove was messing part
12 The walls of our house are crooked
13 The railings are to lose
14 One corner of the basement wall was frozen on the winter
15 The heater was not working properly and was very noisy when working
16 They forgot to nail the basement stairs to the frame of our house, it was very dangerous, it could fall the stairs
17 Several mirrors were damaged
18 Water was leaking from the laundry machine door.

When I told Mattamy about these problems after position, they told me it had a 1 year warranty and we would fix it, but they didn't fix any of it, it was just a waste of my time and money ?
