I went first time to buy baby bangles in store. Their customer service is really good . All the staff are welcoming and very polite. They have huge variety of every product. Everyone have to visit them for one time sure. I’m very happy with overall service .

Terrible Buy-Back Policy — Beware Before You Spend Your Money Here!

I bought a diamond ring from this store for $2,400, and now they’re offering me only $1,700 to take it back — and that’s ONLY if I spend more money on gold with them! This is absolutely ridiculous. I have all the receipts and the appraisal to prove what I paid.

This store happily took my money but now treats loyal customers like fools when it comes time to trade in or upgrade. Their so-called “buy-back” offer is basically a bait-and-switch to force you to spend even more just to get back a fraction of what you paid.

If you value your hard-earned money, think twice before buying anything here. They’ll smile while selling you overpriced jewellery but turn their backs on you when you need fair service. I feel cheated and will never trust this store again.

Spend your money where they actually respect their customers — this place clearly doesn’t!

Absolutely pathetic quality from Master Jewellers. I bought this bracelet as a gift for my brother, expecting something at least halfway decent, but it tarnished like it was dragged through a sewer. It looks dirty, cheap, and nothing like the polished piece I paid for. If I wanted metal that turned into garbage this fast, I would’ve picked something out of a kids jewelry store. Total embarrassment—save your money and go to some place else.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. I recently came from Montreal to Brampton to meet my friends, and they suggested that I buy a wedding ring there. However, the customer service was extremely poor. They refused to provide me with a proper receipt or any other necessary documents, so requested for these kind of things .

After a few weeks, the ring broke, and the stone came out. It was a truly disastrous experience that has left a lasting negative impact on me. They charged me almost 700$ for 22K gold ring , now nobody gonna take it for more than 200$.
