Absolutely exceptional service at Massage Heights!

I’ve been a regular client here for a while now, and every visit just keeps getting better. I want to give a special shoutout to Wilfredo, my amazing massage therapist — he has truly gifted hands! Every session with him leaves me feeling completely relaxed, renewed, and pain-free. He is attentive, skilled, and genuinely cares about your comfort and wellness. I always walk out feeling like a brand-new person.

Also, I can’t forget to mention the two lovely receptionists at the front desk Elisse and Jacky! They’re always warm, welcoming, and professional. They remember my name, my preferences, and always make me feel like a VIP the moment I walk in. Their positive energy sets the perfect tone for the whole experience.

Massage Heights has become my little sanctuary — thanks to the incredible team. Highly, highly recommended! ?‍♀️✨

First time visiting Massage Heights and it was a great first impression. From the reception very friendly staff (Bella) who explained everything very well. The ambiance of the place gives soothing and relaxation vibes.
My massage therapist Isabella was fantastic with her attention to details. She communicated very well and made sure I was comfortable enough. In the end I left the place very relaxed and even signed up for a membership. Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend the place.

Good location, some good therapists first one i tried was kind of awkward second one Jorge is amazing. Prices are not super cheap unless you get a membership which I dont want to be locked into one but it works for some people. Overall good value good service and value for money. First visit where they fill out forms for you was uncomfortable and felt invasive I get why they need medical questions but let people fill out their own forms it can be sensitive for some people and plus maybe you dont want whole waiting room hearing your personal information.

Unfortunately I have decided to update my review. My wife and I have been a member here for over 5 years now and it seems like they're losing massage therapists annually. This location is down to something like 8 massage therapists TOTAL so finding a massage, let alone from one of your favourite therapists is becoming very difficult.

I submitted a review directly to the company following an extremely uncomfortable experience at this location. Unfortunately, I did not receive any follow up or communication in response to that. I would have preferred to work through this with the company directly but if they aren’t responding to internal reviews, perhaps a Google review will catch someone’s attention.

I had been to this location three times prior and had great experiences. The last one was uncomfortable to say the least, and the customer service following the discomfort was terrible. I certainly won’t be back and do not recommend this location to anyone.
