I’ve been going to Massage heights in and off for years, Carlo is THE best massage therapist I have ever had and I’ve been seeing him for almost 3 years I believe. I have been putting off making this review because I want to keep him all to myself and he’s already so busy I have to ensure I book him quote in advance, but he deserves the praise. He finds every single knot. He always has the perfect pressure. Whenever I get a massage from anyone or anywhere else I always end up comparing them to Carlo.

I have been a long time client of Manage Heights and have had many therapists along the way but Rose is the absolute best! I followed her from the Brentwood location to Crowfoot and would follow her anywhere. She's super personable and always professional. Don't let her small frame fool you, she's strong and will work out all of your knots.

Eva and Erin have always been some of my favourites at Massage Heights. Erin is wonderful at deep tissue massage and has always been a friendly face that I look forward to chatting with; I can always count on her to get the kinks out of my back and hips. Eva gave me a Fairmont level spa quality massage today that I still haven’t fully gotten over. I’ve never been so relaxed in my life!! ? The Massage Heights Crowfoot crew is always friendly, from their front desk support to reminders when I forget to book myself in for a massage. Many of the staff have been there for quite a long time, and I know that they spend time investing in their staff training as a brand, and that they provide a good working environment specifically at the Crowfoot location. I know that’s why many of the staff stick around. I’ve gone there for over 10 years, and I can’t imagine going any place else. ?

I wasn’t thrilled. For the very expensive price of almost $160 for 90 minutes. I expect 90 minutes and it was almost 15 minutes short. When I asked the front desk she actually said they leave five minutes on either side so an hour massage is only 50 minutes, etc. I was disappointed in that. Then i should take my minutes divide by 160 and only pay 75 mins. That would seem fair no? I have had lots of massages never have i heard if this on purpose short change of time. Also, during my massage apparently the staff room was next-door (Lynn said to me that it was the staff room) and all I could hear was loud chattering and laughing almost the whole entire time. Now, while I’m very happy that people are having a good time, It was extremely noisy. Not the time or place. Poor mannerisms during a what was supposed to be relaxing, peaceful experience. I could hear the whole entire conversation, so my $160 massage was not only short changed for time, but it wasn’t relaxing. I was disappointed and I won’t be back for that kind of money.
