I love the various types of massage therapy available, especially the ability to add an 'elevation' to my monthly massage membership, such as the use of hot stone therapy! They were amazing with booking a last minute spot for 3 of us.

The front desk staff (Keisha and Sophie) were extremely sweet, welcoming and informative.

I have been to multiple massage places, however this place was very informative in working on targeted spots and the atmosphere was amazing. I had Clara who had good and firm pressure. She was also super sweet in giving me tips to ensure I focused on my areas Ive been having issues with for a long time.

My boyfriend had Gary and stated it was the best massage he’s ever had. (Mind you he goes to rmt every week)

I recently visited Massage Heights in Downtown Calgary while on a work trip. I called and was able to get an appointment in the next 15 mins. Maricar was my massage therapist and I can’t speak highly enough about her talent. I have been to several spas back home in Toronto and her technique was by far the best I have ever seen and experienced. I would recommend her to EVERYONE. I felt incredible during and after my treatment. If I could fly to Calgary just to get a massage from her again, I would.

I’ve been going to this location for a while, but my recent experience with their package deal and other stuff have left me frustrated and completely disappointed. When I signed up for a 6-session package, I was initially charged the full amount upfront. After raising the issue, they refunded and switched to monthly billing, but then began increasing the price each month. It started at around $90, then $99, and finally $105 — all for the same package that was supposed to have consistent pricing. Completely misleading and unacceptable.

On top of that, they introduced a new rule that wasn’t disclosed when I purchased the package: I could no longer book with the same massage therapist I had been seeing unless I paid an additional $12 per session. Instead, I was told I could only book with a junior masseuse, which was never mentioned before and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

Another ongoing inconvenience is that Massage Height does not bill insurance directly, unlike many other massage providers. I always have to go through the hassle of submitting claims myself, which adds unnecessary stress.

And the final straw: during my last session, I felt something in my mouth and realized afterward that there was a large strand of someone else’s hair on the headrest, a clear sign that the room wasn’t properly cleaned between clients. I took a photo as proof and I am attaching in case management wants to see it.

I’ve never had these kinds of issues at other locations or with other massage providers. This level of unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and poor hygiene is unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Terrible Customer Service – Don’t Trust Massage Highest!

I have been a loyal member of Massage Highest for over six years, referring my family and friends to them. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

I requested to cancel my membership due to an emergency situation and the fact that I am leaving the city. I still have three months left on my membership, along with over three months of unused credit. Despite my long-standing relationship with them, they refused to accommodate my request.

It’s shocking that after years of loyalty, they wouldn’t make a simple exception. This shows a complete lack of customer care and appreciation. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone. They do not treat their customers fairly!
