My new go-to local massage spot! Super friendly staff. Well organized and on the ball with scheduling and making sure you are comfortable.

Really appreciate the therapists I’ve had and both visits have had me feeling great upon leaving.

They offer direct billing with your insurance provider. Waiting area and facility itself, is very clean. Welcoming and friendly environment right when you walk in. Ample parking space and conveniently located off of Baseline Rd.

Highly recommend to anyone in the Sherwood Park area looking for their go-to massage spot. I have found mine! Looking forward to future visits!

I want to start by giving a huge shoutout to the front desk staff – they were fantastic! From the moment I called about my back issues, they were incredibly friendly and helpful, assuring me they had massage therapists available. When I arrived, they were just as welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away.

However, the massage experience itself wasn’t quite what I was expecting. While the therapist was nice and polite, the massage didn’t feel therapeutic. For most of the session, it felt like I was just having pressure applied to the middle of my back with a wet hot towel. I understand that’s where I mentioned having an issue, but I was hoping for a more comprehensive massage that included my lower back, legs, and feet as well.

About halfway through, I was asked to do some stretches that didn’t seem relevant to the massage, and as someone who’s practiced yoga for years, I felt that the stretches were a bit off. I left feeling a bit disappointed, as I was looking forward to a therapeutic massage but didn’t quite get the relief I hoped for.

The therapist was kind, and I appreciated her effort, but I wanted to share my experience in case it helps improve the service. I really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the staff, and I would love to come back and give it another try. 100% with a different massage therapist.

It's a great place for a Massage! The experience begins when you walk in the doors. The administration staff are Super friendly and Knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome from when you arrive until you leave. They'll take the time to answer all of your needs. My therapist is/ has been Amy. She's a great therapist who will address your aches and pains. Going the extra distance to make an old body feel revived and fresh. She was the reason that I got a yearly membership. I can't say enough about her abilities and the care that she provides. Every visit is a high light making my back condition a great improvement. Thank you Amy for all that you do! Your stuck with a repeat customer. Thanks Again

Called and asked for deepest pressure therapist. It was mild pressure not deep. They could not figure out how to charge my benefits even tho ive never had an issue any where else in 14 years. Got charged 136$ which is way more then ive ever paid for a 1 hour massage even without benefits. Over payed for a mediocre massage
