The room was not very dim but Preet made me feel that I have enough privacy. Thank you to Preet for being so professional. She met my needs and just gave me the right amount of pressure . I went to see Louis to treat a strained muscle in my neck. He did great work! He communicated throughout the massage, letting me know what he was doing. He also checked in frequently, making sure the pressure was suitable and that I felt safe and secure. It's 24 hours later and my neck feels so much better. Will definitely be back for more appointments with Louis.

The ladies at reception were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great service, Massage Addict Shawnessy!

The front staff is absolutely the best-always welcoming, friendly, and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. As for the therapists, they are incredibly skilled and clearly well-trained.
