My husband and sons have been going here for years and they always leave looking so handsome! The barbers are really good with the kids and always have candy there. My kids love going there and always leave happy (mostly because of the candy)!

Barber didn't speak English almost at all, which wouldn't be a huge concern, but it made it very hard to communicate the cut I wanted. I showed a picture of a very simple crew cut, and that seemed to help but he still asked questions about how short I wanted it and it was almost impossible to convey that.

He showed me in the mirror with his fingers holding my hair up how long he intended to cut, I said yes and nodded. He proceeded to cut an entire inch shorter than that which was way shorter than I wanted. And there was nothing wrong with my hair that would make him need to cut it that short.

Constantly threw my hair into my eyes because apparently they don't have any clips to hold it up. I'm normally not one to complain about hair covering my eyes, but he combed it so aggressively that it was actually hitting my eyes and it is agitating.

They also have no sinks to really wash the hair before they cut so it's probably going to affect how your hair sits. They aren't super expensive so that's good but I think I'll go elsewhere.
I think another issue is that they mostly know how to cut hair from a specific part of the world with specific hair types and it unfortunately doesn't work for everyone. That's not their fault but it's something to keep in mind.

First time going to Main Street Barber Shop. Our son wanted a low taper fade. We had a photo of what he was looking for however he didn't receive anything close to it. He had very long hair to start with so the cut was attainable. Not only is not what he asked for it is a terrible cut, choppy and not even.

Rushed. Ruined My beard. Didn't really care or pay attention to what he was doing. For over 50 bucks they use strait razor with no hot towel or cream to clean up edges and gave me razor burn.
