Paula is amazing! The e file manicure really does make a big difference on the final result and how long they last!! My nails last 4-5 weeks because of the technique and care that is put into the work!
They also serve coffee and tea and have delicious cookies at the front desk! In these pictures I had marshmallow polish with glaze chrome!

I had my lashes filled by Staci, and it was the best experience I've had! The shop is absolutely adorable, and a very welcoming atmosphere. Staci did an amazing job at shaping my lashes to my eye shape to suit my face, she's extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all around sweetheart! Her passion for lashes and attention to detail is amazing. Hands down my favorite set of lashes, I'm obsessed with them!! Thank you again!!

My nails were not what was promised as mat finish turned a weird orange colour and not what I have had elsewhere. When I went back to get them fixed, they blamed me for the mat finish turning orange saying i must have applied self tanner or cut tomatoes. After they re-did my nails- the mat finish once again turned wonky. At this point I didn't want to bother because they all seemed so unapproachable. The whole process felt rushed and really turned me off from getting my nails done for a few years!
Now I've been to other salons and have had mat finish from several others with no issues- I think it was a salon based issue.

Pictures show them freshly done and then after the "fix" (and about a week old) and how the clear polish has changed colour.

Glad to see their attitude still hasn't changed.

AVOID THIS NAIL SALON. OVERPRICED AND STAFF JUST WANT YOU OUT AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. Nails were rushed and awful, got a very sub par french tip and my total was $120+ Polygel is way too thick, colours not right. She put the polygel in a mold and didn’t carve underneath so I didn’t have a “curve” in my nail at all. Looked very bazaar — see photo. Very unprofessional here and unnecessarily expensive.

I was charged on my visa for an appointment I cancelled today. Tried booking a normal manicure but their system glitched on me. I was charged $70 for an appointment I was told was cancelled by staff that I called. Will be disputing with my bank as I have proof of negligence from their booking system and incompetent staff.
