I’ve been a regular costumer at Lustry for many years ! I can honestly say I’ve always left this nail salon with the Best service! Reading the 1 star review frustrates me! The staff here go out of their way to please each costumer! I’ve never been turned way even they are fully booked! Take the complaint and be thankful! We all have our opinions yes! Keep in mind once you write a negative review it can be damaging to a business! Thank to all the staff at Lustry yr an amazing group ! Don’t let this review change you! Love every month I see you! Thank you Ricky for my amazing nails ! You all are great !

Got a spa pedicure same day I wanted with an appointment. I believe you can walk in but appointments may be preferred to avoid having to wait around. The spa pedicure entailed the description, the massage was more like a gentle leg rub, they also did hot stone. The nail care and callous removal was super quick. I was expecting a more thorough job for that part for $70. Overall decent experience.

Edit: pedicure didnt last more than a day during a beach vacation. Gel polish chipped very quick.

Edit #2: gave them another try but for a nail fill. They were able to get me in earlier than my appointment which was a plus. But still disappointed with overall outcome. Provided my nail inspo below (yellow nails) but wanted it in pink instead. I requested for almond nails that have pointier but not sharp tips instead got more of a round style instead - nail tech reassured me along the way as she was still in the process of filing. She couldnt do the flower design so i opted to just have them all ombre. Appointment felt rushed and fast but they looked okay when i left. When i got home to have a closer look i was disappointed with the shaping and finishing touches, so i filed them myself.
