This is our 5th time visiting, my husband and I really like it here.
Their space is small but clean. Receptionist Natalia is very accommodating and friendly. There were other receptionists too and all are nice as well.
Luna is very skilled and really knows where to hit the spot and I would always feel rejuvenated after the session. My husband also liked either Ingrid or Lilly.
Although there were times we requested for our preferred therapist and they were not available, other therapist would do us and it's not the same experience but manageable.

Ps. The masseuses mentioned had strong hand pressure which we really liked. You can request other therapists to your liking.

Overall, a decent experience. I would recommend to others that it’s not really a Spa, definitely more therapeutic massage focused. We booked a couples massage, and it was still therapeutic. No robes, lounge or relaxed vibes. They could work on their soundproofing, which would help with the relaxing vibes, as we could hear everything from the main room. Now that’s not to say it wasn’t welcoming, or friendly - it was! Just definitely more therapeutic less spa, which I had a hard time telling from the website and google page.

They have also moved - they’re now in the basement. Definitely off to a bad start, when it’s in a sketchy building and an unlabelled sign tells you to go to the basement!! I would highly recommend they update their website, address, and let customers know!

I would also say they need to read the booking notes better, I did let them know when I booked that my partner uses they/them pronouns, and yet they were referred to as ‘lady’ multiple times. That doesn’t feel very comfortable as LGBTQ+ people, which I was hoping for and got a good impression from their google page.
