As a previous patient and now volunteer at this clinic I can assure to anyone that they are in the best hands coming into this clinic. The professionalism and knowledge is unbeatable and everyone who comes for treatment is highly valued with care and empathy. Jodhvir Nagra is incredible knowledgeable and shows great results with his treatment plans and manual therapy, he also very easy to talk to and treats his patients with the utmost respect. Fabricio Nucci being my physiotherapist in the past has aided me with meniscus inflammation, ankle sprains, and my jaw and inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Cathy Duncan has changed my moms life with her treatment plans. William Chong is a great face in the clinic to see he is great with concussion and vertigo treatments. Amandeep Bajwa is another great face to see always polite and kind to her patients. Lastly, Maria and the others at the front desk always greet the incoming patients with a smile and handle everything smoothly. I am grateful to be apart of this team and couldn't recommend this clinic more highly the environment is amazing and all the physios are so knowledgeable.

I've been working with Cathy since I limped into the clinic in May. For over a year, I had been trying to get back into running, but couldn’t make it more than 0.5 km without knee or ankle pain. It’s now July, and I just completed a 7 km run! Cathy’s positive attitude and clear, detailed explanations of the purpose behind each stretch and exercise kept me motivated throughout the process. I couldn’t be more grateful for the progress and care I’ve received. I can honestly say I feel better than I have in years.

They provide excellent service. The sport medicine doctors, the physiotherapists and massage therapists are very knowledgeable and experienced, always one step ahead. It is easy to talk to them. They listen and take good care of you. It is all about getting you where you need to be. We are being treated by Cathy and Ingrid and we are grateful. The customer service at the front desk is unbeatable, Maria, Lori and all of them. They are patient, understanding and extremely helpful. They are all an amazing team at Lifemark Rocky Ridge.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

I worked with Cathy Duncan at Lifemark Sport Medicine. She is an excellent physiotherapist. She was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the exercises she wanted me to do as well as explaining the why of doing particular exercises. She created a progressive plan for my treatment which allowed me to build upon skills from previous sessions. The reception staff were very pleasant and were very helpful. I highly recommend Lifemark Sport Medicine.
