Came in tight and wound up, left feeling 100% more balanced and relaxed! Staff are super friendly and accomodating, and Louise who I've seen a few times now really knows her stuff, supporting me in my maintenance for my sports etc. She also checks in throughout, and is happy to chat/not chat etc depending on your preference for each session! Highly recommend!

Loved my Lymphatic Drainage massage with Daniella Maxim. I've been here to see her at least 5 times and each time is just such a wonderful experience.
I try the go for this monthly and it's definitely worth the expense.
