Went in for a men's natural brow and tint service with Saki M and I was very impressed and happy with the final results. As a first-timer, I was a bit unsure/nervous walking in, but the space felt welcoming right away, and Saki's calm, confident approach put me at ease. She was kind, professional, and genuinely skilled at bringing out a natural, polished look without overdoing it. If you're a guy on the fence about getting your brows done, trust me, Saki gets it, and she delivers. The whole team at Lavoom creates a relaxed and professional atmosphere that makes you feel taken care of from start to finish.

I had gone in for a lash tint and lash lift with Angel a few weeks ago, and I am writing this review now cause I can’t believe how long the service I received from her has lasted. I’ve had this treatment done a few times in the past and hardly would notice much of a change or my lashes would just go back to how they normally were after a week or so. I just thought maybe my type of lashes weren’t suited for the lash lift but after seeing Angel she changed my mind. Her attention to detail and how professional and gentle she was exceeded my expectations! I get compliments daily and love waking up not having to worry about putting my mascara on. I’m so pleased & happy with the results!

I had my brows threaded recently and Saki was very accommodating - she gave few recommendation for after care, and she really care about the health of my brows since I was going to get lamination but she explained what are the pros and cons! Definitely recommend and will come back soon!
