I had an incredible experience at Lady Icy! She was super professional, attentive, and truly passionate about their craft. They took the time to explain the process, recommended the best method for my hair texture, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had such a positive vibe. My locs look amazing, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend for anyone seeking top-notch dreadlock services!

Went there with my husband and they did a great job at doing a low fade the exact way he wanted and Icy did a good job doing his braids. I would recommend this place it was a good environment and we had good conversations thru the whole process!

I got my nails done with “Kathy” Facebook name is attached in the photo. She quoted $55 for what we understood was finger nails and shellac for toes. It turned out, she was charging me $105 instead for both. I got annoyed about it and didn’t continue to finish my Nails after she did my pedicure (which I never asked for or booked it but she did it without asking or confirming this is something I want and can afford. She charged me $50 for the toe shellac and wasn’t willing to work out a price with me so we could finish my started finger nails. Her payment machine wasn't working too. Rather than letting go the remaining $10 cash and apologizing for all the inconvenience, she charged me the $10.50 in the hair salons machine. A great waste of my time and $ here when she was the one who kept calling and texting me to book with her.
