I had a great experience at the salon! Rajveer did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I have sensitive skin, but she was extremely gentle and careful throughout the process. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was very kind and professional. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone who truly cares about their work and their clients!

First time at this salon and I’m beyond impressed! I had my eyebrows done by the lovely lady named Manjot, and wow—she was quick, gentle, and gave me the perfect shape with absolutely no pain. It’s rare to find someone who gets it right on the first go, but she nailed it. Highly recommend if you’re picky about your brows like me!

I visited for the first time and had a good experience with the person who did my threading. I really appreciate her work. However, I had a very disappointing experience with my deep cleaning.

The person who performed my deep cleaning did not inform me beforehand that she would undress me. She removed the blanket from my chest without warning, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, when she started steaming my face, she pulled my head quite hard, and I had to adjust myself closer to the steam. She did not check with me to see if the steam was comfortable or effective, which was frustrating.

Furthermore, when she was cleaning my face with a rose water pad, she accidentally poured rose water directly into my right eye. I didn't understand why she poured it over my face instead of applying it beside the table.

After she applied a mask on my face and left, another person came over without informing me and touched my face, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe it's essential for the staff to inform clients before touching them.

In summary, my deep cleaning experience was very disappointing. I don't want to leave a negative impression of that person in my comments. It would be better if she received my feedback so she can improve her customer service skills.

I made a quick stop at this place to get my eyebrows done. It was my first time going here and probably the last. I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl doing it mentioned she might also need to thread after, if there is a need. I did mention to her that I dont want it to bruise my skin, to which she assured it won’t. The moment she pulled that wax strip, I felt extreme pain and realised instantly that there was something wrong. She continued to thread it after, which was horrible and I was in a rush so I left right away. When I got home I looked at it and I could see my skin pulled right off. I expected her to know what she was doing as she is a professional but it was a huge disappointment. Won’t recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their eyebrows done!
