Today was my first time going to Kharma Salons and I was absolutely happy and amazed with the result. Star was in charge of my hair and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and she helped me to decide how I want to style my hair.
Also, the place is really nice and you the staff is really friendly. I’ll definitely come back!!

I had a mixup with a booking in the oak bay location so I ended up getting moved to the downtown location and seeing Star for the first time. It was a happy mistake because I ended up getting the best balayage ever! Star took the time to understand all my wishes and make them all come true. She really amazed me - I’ve never had a better colour! It looks so natural and lovely. Also, the deep conditioning treatment was worth every penny.
? 5stars for Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whole Kharma team is fantastic and so talented - Star in particular at the Downtown salon is amazing. She fit me in last-minute for an urgent appointment recently (Star, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU), and took such good care of me.
It’s great that Kharma has multiple locations so they’re easy to access, the atmosphere is so chic and welcoming, and the services are top notch. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Paytyn was the best. I appreciated her calm energy and she also was very collaborative with me in terms of styling ect. She provided exactly the experience I needed. Cannot wait for my next haircut with her!

I have visited the salon for the second time and I can really recommand Jessica, who is a shiny person.
My haircut was amazing and she put so much care into it. She is encouraging and caring. This feels like therapy.
The staff is super nice and I got a real filter coffee. I feel like going every week! :)
