I booked a head spa experience with Emily as a postpartum pick-me-up, and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing. Emily has truly magical hands — I walked out feeling totally blissed out and at ease. The massage chair was such a nice surprise and added an extra layer of comfort to the whole session. My hair feels silky soft now and smells amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Emily!

My head spa appointment was amazing! Emily is pretty booked up but I was able to get an appointment from a cancellation. The space is super relaxing & the treatment was incredible! The water temperature and pressure of the massage was always perfect. The rest of my day I was so calm and happy. I would go back everyday if I could! Thank you Emily

Farah did an amazing job at cutting my hair, she put alot of love and attention into making it feel and look great again. This is the only place I go to get my hair colored or cut because all the staff are very experienced and know what they are doing!

If you want to treat yourself, I highly recommend the head spa and hair treatment by Emily. The moment I came in I was greeted with such kindness and warmth! The setting was beautiful and relaxing and it was definitely needed session after some rough shifts.

For your reply: Thank you for your response. I understand it may have seemed like I was happy when I left, but I was just trying to be polite in the moment. The reality is that as soon as I got out and saw my hair properly, I was extremely upset and i was devastated because its my hairs!!!! The result was far from what I asked for or expected, and I genuinely left the salon in tears.

I even left a picture for your reference to show exactly what went wrong, so you can see that this wasn’t just a small issue—it was a major disappointment for me. I hope you can take this feedback seriously and respond fairly, not just for me but for any future clients as well.

I went to this place to get my hairs permed. The hairstylist that did those was very nice and polite but the work she did is not even one star. I left the place literally crying because it was like i have got my hairs ruined. I had to leave and go to other salon to get them styled so atleast they look good.
