Went in for a walk in pedicure and was seen right away. My technician was super thorough and detailed, all the tools were clean as well as the space around. Polish job was very neat. Highly recommend!

Worst mani pedi of my life over 2 hours. Staff was super nice and polite but very inexperienced. Nicked me a few times, over exfoliated my feet. Over filed my fingers, had to ask her to stop. The owner seemed really judgmental of the state of my feet. They weren’t amazing but I’m a cleaner, pedi’s are a treat. I’m on my feet all day the last pedi i treated myself to was only a month ago. It was not a very welcoming atmosphere. Although the inexperienced staff was lovely

Worst pedicure experience. Took them almost 2 hours to do a basic gel pedicure. One lady started then left to do another walk in. Had three different people do my pedicure. Took the Second Lady 30 mins to try to paint my toe nails before passing it over to another person because she couldn’t do it. She also went to put the UV light on top of my toes to cure it and not realized the cover was still on and put it directly on top of my toes smudging all the polish TWICE and laughed about it. She had no plans to fix it until I called her out.

Needless to say I went to another place in Langford the next day to have it removed and redone cause it was so blotchy and uneven color. Very unorganized
