I went in for my very first pedicure ever, and Nancy made it such a wonderful experience! She was incredibly friendly, kind, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was a last-minute appointment, but she accommodated me so graciously, and I truly appreciated that. The whole experience was relaxing, fun, and honestly better than I imagined. Thank you, Nancy, for making my first pedicure feel so special — I’ll definitely be back! ?? Must try - Deluxe Pedicure!

So I'm the rare boy that shows up in a nail salon.
My wife has been going here for years, with great results.
I've been going for a year for pedicures (everyone should enjoy these), and added some nails into the mix over the last few months. Color is fun!
I've felt nothing but welcome here, the girls are great, and pricing seems very reasonable to me.

Do Not Go Here!
I went here because my friend has been going for years & her nails were always amazing.... But it is under new ownership or something, I had a terrible experience!
I had to wait an hour past my appointment time! (I would have left but I had an event the next day & needed my nails done)
The she rushed through doing my Gel nails & they were horrible! Very thick, bumpy & uneven.
Only 2 days later the colour was already wearing off & the gel was pulling away from the tips of my nails.

I went to get my nails done and I ask for cute flowers design in only one finger in each hand instead of two in each hand like in the first picture and the result was not like I expected. They were smudgy and not polished. The flowers are not really looking like the picture. I asked another lady that just finished doing the nails of my friend if she could fix it. She ended up calling her back. We told her it was not done properly and she just gave this excuse that since it is not acrylic and brown it would look like that and it wouldn’t be perfect. She also said this with an attitude, no apologies and no effort to try to fix the design. She said she had already finished and as such she was done.

This place has been sold and new owners have absolutely no idea what they are doing. It’s dirty, disgusting, and for some reason they will only take cash. Hmmmm wonder why that is. I have been going to Kayo nails for years and years but since the sale it’s awful. Blossom nails in Shawnessy is really good and I highly suggest you try that place instead. The new owners at Kayo are very shady and not to be trusted. Don’t waste your time or money.
