If you’re going to read any reviews about getting your eyebrows done, let it be this one. I’ve been going to Reshma since 2017, and I’ve been impressed with her work every time. She threads my eyebrows very well, and she gives me suggestions on ways my brows can be shaped to make them look nicer (she asks before removing any hairs). Such a relaxing environment and she always ensures you are feeling comfortable— I have never felt so relaxed while getting my brows done! This review has been long overdue, but all the staff are super friendly and welcoming and I think it’s definitely worth trying out! :)

I took my friend for the Valentine's special for her 40th! The Hammam is lovely, the scrubs and massages felt so good and I'm still glowing form the facial. This is the second time I've done the Hammam and the service has been consistently excellent. I would highly recommend the staff and services to anyone.

Had a hammam today and a massage. My husband and I loved it. He has sensitive skin and I forgot to mention that- his hammam exfoliation felt intense but his skin has never been smoother and softer. The massage was incredibly relaxing.

On May 16 I booked myself my very first spa day for May 25 at 2pm. I promptly received an email saying my appointment changed to 1pm. I arrived to the spa at 12:45pm and I was greeted (not so nicely) and told that my appointment is for 2 not 1. I showed her my email and she told me - oh it looks like they had to bump my appointment down to 2pm to accommodate the previous client and her treatments. “I don’t know why they didn’t tell you”. I was informed the person doing my treatments would be done soon and can still see me right away. I waited a few more minutes and the girl comes to me and again says “your appointment is for 2pm” I said no. It’s for 1pm…she then says “oh so you want to sit in the hammam longer” I said no I want my appointment to begin on time. She then walks me down the hall and I specifically ask if I will be having to wait for an hour for her. She said no of course not. I am then instructed to undress and brought to the hammam. Without much instruction or discussion besides her asking if I’ve been there before which I tell her no, she said she will be back to check on me in the steamroom in 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes goes by and she comes in asks if I’m ok, I say I’m ok…And she says ok and leaves for another 15 minutes. At that point I am extremely hot and have a headache despite drinking 2 bottles of water. She comes in and I tell her as such and she says ok. 5 more minutes. And leaves for close to 10. The treatment itself was ok/nice but such poor communication and professionalism (specifically towards how the appointment was handled, not the treatment). At the end after the 3 hours I go to the front to pay and am greeted by the coldest receptionist, I mention that when I booked the price wad $185 and if they could honour it as they increased pricing to $195 barely looks at me as she hands me the machine to pay and I leave. I am extremely disappointed and underwhelmed by how I was treated. Will not return nor recommend.

TLDR: poor appointment management and communication. Do not recommend.
