I had my first session with James and was genuinely impressed. Like many others have mentioned, he is highly knowledgeable and clearly skilled in his practice. He offers a treatment called Rapid NFR, which I just learned, stands for NeuroFascial Release. This approach focuses on releasing tension in both the nervous system and the fascia.

Instead of just lying still, this method involves guided movements while James works on specific areas. It is active, precise, and noticeably more effective than a traditional massage. In just 60 minutes, he was able to cover head to toe.

James also creates a welcoming and professional environment. He is kind, easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the session. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

James is great! I take my mom to see him for Rapid NFR/Shockwave Massage. After just 2 session with him, my mom has been feeling a lot better compared to before. The pain she had went from 7-8 down to just 4-5. He even taught us exercises to help while at home to increase recovery. After every session, my mom mentions how light and untense her muscles feel. Additionally, James is always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him!

James is an excellent therapist. He is highly skilled and very professional and he is continually expanding his knowledge and skills. I have attended him for many years and when ever I go to him with a mobility issue he improves my range of motion. I always leave my appointments feeling so much better. I highly recommend James.

James is very professional, and knowledgeable. In one session he was able to give me back mobility in my stiff neck and shoulder that I was unable to barely turn my neck without causing pain and discomfort.
I can't wait for my next sessions with James. He truly has a gift and knows what he is doing.
I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks me for an amazing RMT.
