I have had my nails done by Kate a couple times in today.I had a pedicure. I can honestly say this is the best pedicure.I have ever had and I highly recommend JV nails, They are very professional and very skilled at what they do.

Absolutely love Michelle. She has been doing my nails for I think a couple of years now. She always has a cute design in mind and listens to what I want to do. We have moved from the area, but I still drive back to see her.

Don’t appreciate being shamed for having short nails I get my nails done so that I don’t bite them. I haven’t been able to get nails in a while so I don’t appreciate the shame and I also don’t appreciate the clucks when I point out that a nail isnt straight and so she fixes it and then files it too far the other way. Both hands the nails are not the same length for matching nails and my nails are bulging everywhere and they are flat as a board. I used to come here every month when I was in university. I will NEVER be back.

This place uses an arbitrary pricing scheme that is not posted anywhere. Among my time there, they told me it was $5 for changing nail shape, another time it was 5$ extra for making my nail shorter (no shape change!), and $5 for cuticle work! These things should all be included in price automatically. I confronted her that cuticle work should be included, and she agreed but still did not take it off the price! It's ridiculous. Will be going elsewhere.
