A friend recommended me to check this salon out - I've been here twice now, once for a haircut and a few weeks later, to get my hair toned.

Both services and stylists were great. I ran into an issue with one of my services (miscommunication between stylist and myself) and reached out via email to the salon. The response was very prompt, understanding and provided the clarity that I needed. They were able to resolve the issue in a customer-centric and prompt way, which I 100% appreciated.

I would recommend this salon based on the stylists and service I received, but based on the after-care, I would definitely recommend. Sometimes the service isn't just what you receive when you are in the chair. :) Thank you!

Don't bother trying to do walk-ins or anything. They don't greet anyone as they walk in unless they know you.
I have been going here for almost a year, getting laser hair removal treatments. I always walked in, sat down and Jenn would come get me when she was ready for me. Today I showed up at 11:50 for my noon appointment. The place was busy, with lots of customers coming and going. As soon as someone's client would walk in, the staff member would come over and greet them immediately. No one made any effort to check with the rest of us customers if we had been helped. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting, I tried to get one girls attalention while she idly chit chatted with her customer she was cashing out. I did they want to be rude and interrupt.
As soon as we made eye contact she left the counter, so I left too.

Apparently Jenn no longer works there, and they locked her out of the system. No one here thought to let her clients know their appointments are cancelled.

Asked for a balayage and ended up with mostly brassy blonde hair, not at all similar to the photo I used for reference. Purchased purple shampoo and ended up having an allergic reaction to it after, I called the salon to ask if they could do anything about it. The worker said they would phone the company and get back to me about a refund but I never received a call back. Paid over $300 and ended up redying my hair back to my original colour a week later.
