Had my hair epically blonded and up leveled yesterday by Jag. I was told he was the best and he is the best. I’ve never really treated myself to a proper hairstyle because I thought “cool” salons would be intimidating. Last March I got a few highlights at a Chatters and it was fine. But she didn’t let me express at all what I wanted. It was a pretty standard hair experience.

This was entirely different. Not only because my hair is gorgeous now, (not kidding, I spent the rest of the afternoon obnoxiously checking out my reflection in store windows) but the actual experience itself was so incredibly relaxing and positive. And he had candy in a duck bowl that he offered me which made the experience even better lol. Thank you sooo much Jag!!!

Jag is FANTASTIC.

Not only did Jag give me easily one of the best hair cuts I've ever had, but he took the time to educate me about styling and caring for my hair.

As a dude with zero knowledge of this stuff, Jag's patience and confidence with me was awesome.

Jag is an absolutely amazing human, and artist!! I went in with long, heavy lifeless hair, and came out feeling amazing. It’s not just a regular hair appointment, it’s a whole experience. He has a beautiful personality, and his shop is adorable! I will be back, and I’m bringing my daughters, (who also have long lifeless hair) to get the Jag “makeover”.. I say makeover, because I truly felt fresh and ready to take on the world!

It is hard to know where to start. This was my first hair cut with Jag and I am officially hooked. Jag sees with an artist’s eye but is also practical, giving me options for my budget and also a plan of what I could work toward in terms of hair styles and color. I loved the way he took time to really understand what I wanted done with my hair and was so knowledgeable about cutting techniques etc for my paricular hair.
Beyond his mastery of the art of hair, Jag is simply a kind and wonderful soul. I left the salon feeling transformed on the outside and lighter on the inside. Thank you Jag! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I went for a consultation about a new wig. The whole thing took about 10 minutes tops. I felt rushed out the door and uncared for. He was with another client when I came in and was telling her that he was hosting an event later that night. He clearly cared way more about THAT than giving me proper service. I didn't get to actually try on any wigs. He barely looked at my face or my head. He just took out a couple of wigs and said "Yep, this is the one you need" after comparing it to mine and seeing they were about the same length. Then he gave me his number and said "Send me four pictures of hair you like and I'll make you something for 700 dollars." Overall, not a bad deal considering the price of human hair wigs, but the attitude and lack of care didn't make it appealing. No actual consulting done on his part. He even complained that I was taking a long time, even though he said this while smoking a cigarette outside his shop [and therefore, wasting time]. I was really looking forward to this. What a shame.
