It is great and professional. I had been suffering shoulder pain/frozen shoulder for a couple of years and it did affect my daily life. In the past three years, I have tried a few different types of treatments, but none of these actually worked, which made me frustrated. Unfortunately, my shoulder pain started to get worse this February, and I was referred to Steven’s clinic. After my first assessment with Steven, in addition to frozen shoulder, I was advised that I also got biceps tendinosis which was not effective treated and was likely the main reason for my shoulder pain. The first session of my treatments was a full massage therapy focused on relaxing and breaking the adhesion in my shoulder. The second session included stretching and shock wave therapy. Then I had another two maintenance sessions and followed Steven's advice to apply heat therapy at home. After a total of four sessions over three weeks, my shoulder condition improved a lot. In addition, I love the environment, the clinic is super clean and well decorated, which made me feel relaxed during my treatments. Now the symptoms on my shoulder are almost gone, thanks to Steven.

I highly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a massage or treatment. I've been several times and every time I leave feeling very refreshed and relaxed. I'm usually getting a massage and shockwave therapy for sore and tired muscles, and they do an amazing job hitting all of the right spots. They definitely know what they are doing finding knots and tight spots and working them out.

They are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to the body, which makes a huge difference when addressing concerns.

Anyone who asks, I recommend them here.

I initially decided to go to this clinic as it was close by but I am very impressed with the treatment I’ve received. For context, I’ve struggled with very tight muscles in my back and neck for a few years now. My first treatment was a cupping massage with Fern. She knew exactly where to press and helped loosen the knots in my back and neck. She recommended I try shockwave therapy which I had today with Steven. There was mild discomfort during the treatment which was to be expected, and I definitely feel much looser post treatment. Steven recommended I do a few more treatments in the next few weeks and then maintenance as needed thereafter. Overall, I’m very impressed with the clinic, the team is very professional and skilled!

I had an amazing experience with Fern L.! She was able to pinpoint tension areas in my back, applying just the right amount of pressure for relief. I felt so much better and refreshed after the therapy.

The clinic itself adds to the overall relaxation experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease—the space is clean, beautifully designed, and has a calming atmosphere. I have to comment that the treatment room was designed with modern, minimalist touches, soft lighting, and soothing background music, creating the perfect environment to unwind.

I highly recommend this clinic!
