I had a hot stone massage at store and it was amazing! The heat from the stones melted away all my tension, and the therapist was skilled and attentive. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, making it a truly relaxing experience. I felt so refreshed afterward and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend

Holy cow!!! My first chiropractic
Eek!! I was nervous to begin with but I’m feeling much better mentally and a wee bit physically good
Still shoulder/ neck issues but it has lessen the muscle aches .. giving me much need relief !!
Very throughly asking about my past medical history related to my body issues and keeping notes
Over 15 years .. no one ever done this for me
I’m grateful and looking forward getting back for longer hikes soon

The massage itself was fantastic,( with pain to get through still ) with the therapist being both skilled and attentive to my needs. I left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly satisfied with my visit.

I recently came back to the clinic as I was experiencing a flare related to fibromyalgia. Between one acupuncture apt with Dr. Alex, and one massage with Sue, I was able to get my body back on track. My doctor wanted to put me on medication, but thought I would try what worked in the past, and I am so glad I did! Dr. Alex is so gentle, and always asks lots of questions, so she knows exactly what to target. Sue honestly gave me the best massage I have ever had, and continues to do so each time I see her! Sue’s therapeutic hot stone massage leaves me feeling like a new person! Service is always top notch here; I am so glad I came back!
Thank you Dr. Alex and Sue for such care and attention!

I usually have my massages in Canmore because they’re fabulous, but I decided to stay closer to home for a last minute appointment. I saw some reviews about Robin and my gosh, they were accurate. The moment I walked in she said she could tell my right shoulder needed working on. I’ve had severe muscle knots in my back for so long and every other massage therapist has struggled with it.
Robin accepted the challenge! The massage was excruciatingly painful, and all I could do was laugh away the pain and the agonizing yelps I made. She said my muscle felt like bone it was so tight but she was confident and worked so hard to relive the tension in my neck and shoulders. She taught me breathing techniques to help me through it. She sure knows her stuff, she’s hilarious, chatty, friendly and very personable and I highly recommend her! I had the next few weeks booked up elsewhere for further massages but I’ve cancelled to come back to Robin.
I know this is gonna take a while to break down these knots but I’m confident she’s the one to do it!!
