Bonnie (my osteopath) is extremely knowledgeable in various modalities to help me feel more at home in my body. If you respond well to manual therapies and learning about how to work more with releasing your inner tension, this place is for you! Instill Therapies has multiple folx who can work with you providing dry needling, massage, breath work & psychotherapy/counselling as well. I received a Lymphatic Drainage massage from Alexa. She has such an angelic therapeutic quality about her and a soft, gentle, nurturing and healing touch. I actually fell asleep and that's an easy thing for me. And of course, I feel so much lighter after receiving a Lymphatic Drainage massage, every time.
