I had the privilege of working with Sam W. for three months while rehabbing my knee after an injury I sustained at work. Sam is fully in his element, extremely knowledgeable and maintains a high level of professionalism while staying personable. The environment of the clinic itself has a family business vibe to it, in all the best ways. The front desk had been greeting me on sight by name from my second appointment forward, I genuinely felt that Sam was invested not only in my injury recovery but my overall future health and the career implications of my injury. If I ever came in and spewed what Dr. ChatGPT told me about my injury, Sam was able to break things down in a way that not only reduced my anxiety but gave me actual information and logic to do so, not just feelings. It was bittersweet to have my time here come to an end, if by bad luck I ever sustain another injury requiring physio I will be coming back here before anywhere else. Can’t say I’ll miss the feeling of the dry needling though, even though it helped a ton!

I've been going to this clinic for almost a year now, and I've been followed by Dr. Moore and therapists Kara and Jordan, they've been a fantastic team that has included me every step of the way in my treatment, and they've helped accommodate my circumstances and lifestyle into my recovery goals. I highly recommend this clinic and I can't say enough about the wonderful front desk staff, who always make time for you, even when they're busy, and make booking your appointments very easy.

First time to meet Dr. Darrel Yip today for my mom who is suffering from shoulder pain at age 91. He is kind & explained many things to try to improve the pain. He recommended 2 treatments to start & move forward to other type of possible treatments. We appreciate his expertise, he seems very knowledgeable & will try what are positive treatments. Thank you!

Good clinic with professional doctors, but I think they need to work more on communication skills. My son had his MRI and we had to wait more than 3 weeks to hear back from them ! I had to call them and tell them we have done the MRI and we were waiting to see the doctor, they said ohhh yes we received it .
