I had an incredible experience at Inner Balance Spa with Jocelyn. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The therapist was professional, attentive, and truly skilled. Jocelyn took the time to understand my needs and focused on all the right areas, relieving tension and stress I didn’t even realize I was holding.

The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a very peaceful ambiance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We love Cara’s therapeutic massages! She has a remarkable ability to tailor each session to our individual needs. My family and kids (11 and 6) always look forward to their appointments with her, as she creates such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Her skill and care really shine through, and we always leave feeling rejuvenated. I highly recommend Cara to anyone seeking a calming, healing experience!
It's very nice that you can drink delicious tea at the end of the massage.

I have been going to this spa for years with no problems. The staff had been top notch, friendly and caring. I had an appointment cancelled with no explaination or communication in the last week. Twice. I also have several prepaid massages to use and to learn staff and clients are locked out without any notice or communication is disrespectful for loyal clients. My expectation is to have the new management be accountable by communicating what is the issue and what can be expected in next steps. Is this a temporary or permanent issue? How will I be compensated for my unused passes? Without the management owning up to this is disgraceful and simply poor business practice. I’m waiting for your response.

I booked an appointment online, showed up at the scheduled time… and the place was completely closed. No email, no call, no sign on the door — nothing. What a huge disappointment.

This used to be such a fantastic spa — great staff, great service, and always a welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, ever since the new owners took over, it’s been downhill. I’ve heard from several people that staff weren’t even paid properly before the place suddenly shut down. Just awful.

It’s heartbreaking to see such a great business run into the ground like this. I won’t be back — and unfortunately, it looks like no one else will be either.

I have been going to this Spa for the last 3 years. Susan Lavery and the other massage therapists are amazing, however it looks like management changed a year ago and things have gone downhill. The Spa closed in June unexpectedly, and they have not communicated with customers. I have phoned them and emailed them as I also have a massage pack that I paid for and I would like to get reimbursed for the sessions I didn't get to use, but they have not replied to me. Lastly, their website is now down so I can't access my portal for proof that I still have paid massage sessions remaining.
