UPDATE: I called and they asked me to come back to the salon and they did nails again for me free of charge and it lasted this time!

The person doing my nails was super lovely and personable. She was good at her job and did a good job. I was happy with the service that day! They looked great when I had them done! I feel bad even leaving this review but I got my shellac French manicure done 6 days ago… and my nails already have chips in them… I’m pretty disappointed it only lasted that long when I’ve had shellac manicures before that they didn’t chip off for a month! Not impressed and likely will not be back… I wanted this to last until my trip to Calgary end of the month. Pretty disappointed! :(

Went there on friend’s recommendation. Horrible experience. The way the behaviour changes once you ask if the design can be changed, is pathetic. Almost twisted my fingers. Very unprofessional. The nailpaint chippes in just two days. Did nothing in name of manicure, just cut and filed the nails.

Not taking customers who have appointments booked. Welcoming all the customer when doesn’t even have enough employees to cover them. Not very creative in terms of nail designs. Old looks. Nothing modern. Does work in hurry and turns out sloppy. Didn’t like it all. No accuracy in chosen shape. Darn!!! Never wanna come back. Time and money wastage. Can’t stop laughing on my own nails ??? wish i could give minus rating. Also see the nails i asked for and you too can laugh ?

poor work. no customer satisfaction. accepting walk-in customers and not servicing the scheduled customer. Flaky work. employees were rude. there was a language barrier which is acceptable but the type of work they are offering is below average. can't recommend them to anyone. Don't come here to waste money. also, you might wanna remove your nails right away. gross!!
