I have been getting my nails and manicures done from this place and I have an amazing experience every time I am here. I see May for my nails and she is truly amazing. I showed her the pictures of the nails I wanted and she recreated them exactly how I wanted them to be. Definitely coming back ?

Got my nails yesterday and was done by the owner of the store , no proper care was taken she ripped off the akin while giving shape to the nails that the blood started coming. I paid $80 for the nails and after informing that she is ripping off my skin she had audacity to say that she ia not a machine.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at I Love Nails. I paid $75 for a set that started chipping and peeling after just 2 days — that’s unacceptable for the price I paid. On top of that, I didn’t even want this color, but the nail technician insisted and pressured me into choosing it. I felt completely ignored and rushed, and the quality just doesn’t match what I paid for.

The nails are already lifting and look messy. I expected a professional finish that would last at least a couple of weeks — not this. Save your money and go somewhere that listens to what you want and actually provides quality work.

Very bad experience, the lady was rude. I had to remove my gel extensions and she ripped the top layer of my nail out. You can see the blood on my nails. If this is how the service they offer, good luck all

The nail removal here is so awful please do not come here im literally going to sue this place for ripping off my skin and nail and cutting it off to make it bleed. The workers there do not understand English like telling them no did not stop them from pulling off 2 more. Never coming here again like they didn’t even try to compensate or admit it was their fault and kept claiming it’s okay when it’s not like now my nails are ruined for at least a month
