The man working couldnt shoo me away from his store fast enough. It was very rude, and i would never support these people after the embarrassing way i was treated by the employee. He did not remotely unlock the door for me, as most jewelers would, and instead answered the door, blocking the entrance with his body. He asked me what i wanted, in the tone you would ask a door to door salesman what they wanted, not at all the way someone should treat a customer. With no sincerity and clearly wanting me to leave him alone. I told him silver, and he said they dint carry silver. I said fine, can i come in and see what you have? Because i saw lots of jade and was curious. He said no, they are closing soon. This was clearly a lie, as the hours on the door said they did not close for two more hours (this happened at 4 pm). He gave no response to this, and locked the door in my face. It has been a half hour since this happened, and this shop clearly is still manned and running, i just am not allowed in there because he didnt like me. 0/10 profilers shouldnt be allowed to run businesses. I may not look the part, but my bills are paid, and i hate how often jewellers discriminate based on how people dress. Silver treasures jewelry, and Kim jewelry (both businesses also in dragon city mall) had no problems serving me, and so will continue to receive my money. Seriously, these people are the worst. Dont bother supporting them, they have already decided money is less green when it comes from certain people. Included is a picture of the shop 30 minutes after they told me they were closing too soon to let me in the store. As you can see, there is someone standing behind the counter (because the shop wasnt actually closed). Idk what kind of business strategy they have, but i hope that they run themselves into the ground with their discriminatory behaviour.not pictured is the ‘OPEn’ sign still being illuminated on the other glass wall in this business, picture was taken 20 minutes after they told me they were closed.

I never write reviews but this is by far the worst Jeweller in this city. He somehow severely damaged my watch in a simple link removal and called the police on me when I refused to pay. He also does not know how to change a battery.

This man is a thief!!! He should be shut down!!! we took in a chain to have the clasp fixes and he stole our sterling silver chain and gave us back a completely different chain, that is a fake.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!

Got a watch battery changed here. When I got it back, the back of the watch was misaligned. Side buttons also no longer responsive and assuming it's because it was reassembled improperly.
