I'm in love with HotShop! After doing the 2-week trial (which is such a great deal and really gives you enough time to explore all the classes and studios around the city), I quickly fell in love with HotShop. All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and motivating. I always leave feeling so rewarded, no matter how much I’ve sweat or how much I’m complaining by the end of class... the sculpt classes are no joke! The community of yogis is genuinely welcoming and friendly, and the wide range of classes lets you choose between something more challenging or something more relaxing. The studio itself is also stunning, with clean, fully stocked locker rooms, and the staff truly make you feel like part of the family. I can’t wait to become a full time member!

Hot Shop in Calgary is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed—the studio is spotless, beautifully laid out, and radiates good energy. The atmosphere was warm (literally and figuratively!), and the whole space just felt like a little oasis.

Bonnie led the class and she was incredibl!!! Her voice was so calming and her instructions were super clear and easy to follow. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and so grateful for the experience.

If you’re looking for a hot yoga studio in Calgary, this is the one. Can’t wait to come back! ??‍♀️

I love Tuesdays because of Ashlene’s yoga classes!

This is truly the best yoga I’ve ever experienced — and it’s something my husband and I get to enjoy together. We’re always happy to come to this beautiful, clean new studio with the friendliest front desk team.

I absolutely love Ashlene Dembicki — for her energy, for how every class is unique, for her presence, and the genuine care she shows to everyone who joins her.
