Nothing but beautiful things to say about the staff here. Everyone is so welcoming, sweet and always have good conversations, especially with Christine. She really loves her clients, her job and her meticulous, precise work is like no other. Been coming here for about 5 years now and the pricing is quite affordable, provided you aren't putting a design on all fingers, but even then, far cheaper than anywhere else I've been in the past. My best friend has come with twice now and I believe it'll be her regular spot now too. Thank you for such great rapport and customer service team. Appreciate you!

I have been to HotTopic before many times and I am always very happy with the service. However today the service was above and beyond. I saw MICHELLE today. I asked her to change my shellac polish on my toes and give me an acrylic fill with a funky, but subtle design.... and did she ever deliver. She “nailed ” the look I was going for and as well was very patient with my 6year old daughter. She even painted my daughter’s nails complimentary to keep her happy. I was beyond impressed and I will definitely be back to see MICHELLE again.

Walked in to the Calgary Trail location just before 1pm on a Saturday and there wasn't a sole in the place. Was greeted at the door by 2 very friendly staff members. The pedicure was ok, quite different than I am used to, but ok. Just writing this review to let you know the prices advertised online are not what you get charged in the end. False advertising I would say.

Worst fill I’ve ever received. Lady was not the friendliest, I still tipped her 15% but will not be returning. She handled my hands roughly, and separated my nails from my skin hard enough that they hurt for a few days. I went home and was cutting up lemons and could feel stinging on several fingers. I was shocked when I got in the car and was covered in product. It was difficult to remove. Around the tips it was unevenly distributed. Extremely disappointing.

My daughter and I went for a pedicure. The staff were kind however the next day my daughter got a toe infection because of a cut made by the tools used. Which may be because the tools weren’t sanitary. The pedicure was nice but my daughter is in much pain.
