I had a wonderful massage therapist in Red Deer. When I moved to Calgary seven years ago I had a hard time finding a massage therapist who find the knots in my muscles that needed straightening. Last year I found Paula and she is amazing. She is caring and skilled and knowledgeable. She takes the time before each appointment to discuss any changes or issues I have noticed since the last appointment. She works on those and more. She listens to me during the appointment and makes sure that I am OK. I feel very relaxed and refreshed after my appointment. I would recommend her highly.
