I’ve been to many RMT and body work specialists over the years and he was able to help diminish my back pain through massage, exercises he showed me and stretches in a way I haven’t found often. Healthy Roots massage (Richard Grevers) provides effective treatment for muscle tension and body pain. I have been several times over the past year and have found every visit informative and effective. I particularly appreciate the stretching exercises that are provided post treatment. These have been very beneficial to manage pain and drive long term improvements.
I highly recommend this service provider.
Note: this a home based business. It is clean, well appointed and professional.

Richard is the best RMT I have ever been to. He is very knowledgable and professional. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and comforting. Richard really does go above and beyond for his clients, always checking in to make sure you’re comfortable and feeling good. He has a heated blanket on the bed, extra towels, and a foot rest which are amazing! I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Richard!

I have been seeing Richard for a few months now, and he has made a world of a difference. I struggle often with chronic neck pain, and it's apparently vanished after a few treatments with Richard. To top it all off, he is very friendly and makes the entire treatment comfortable. I would not see another RMT in Sooke!
