Just got my hair cut by Robyn (Robin) for the first time. She was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, didn't hurry and explained some stuff to me. We had a nice chat too! My husband said it was the best haircut I have ever gotten..(high praise). Already booked my next appointment.

I went here last year and I still remember it. My hair cut was superb in the best way possible, this place is so beautiful.

Specifically Ursula who did such a great job, 10/10 person HIGHLY recommend going to her for hair cuts. Awesome all around

The people were kind and the place was fine. But my experience was not. I requested my hair be cut to my breasts (I placed my hands at my breasts and said to here) with layers added. My hair now ends just below my shoulders, which is close to SIX inches shorter than requested. I told the girl that it had been three years since my last haircut and that I needed a slow transition. I always expect it to be shorted than I wanted.... and I am not sure why that is the case. But I did not expect an extra 6 inches hacked off. When they are adding layers it always looks like they are chopping off more hair than you wanted. But this time my worries were actually what was happening. By the time the chopping stopped it was too late. I was looking forward to wearing it in a long ponytail and having less weight and length (it was down to my hips). Now it will be a year before I can wear it in a ponytail as I imagined. I can barely get it into a pony tail at all, and it looks terrible. A small tuft of hair at the back of my head. I am currently devastated. I absolutely hate the length. I cried the entire way home and quite frankly it will be a while before I don't feel disgusting. I emailed when I was sitting in my car crying. And although I know there is nothing anyone can do to reverse it, I guess I thought that I would say something because I was so unhappy. It does not appear anyone monitors the email address. So here I am.

Horrible! My daughter wanted highlights and stylist never bothered to let us know that it was going to be 180$. She's 12. Another stylist butched my son's hair by giving him a Dora haircut He was mortified. Salon refused to fix it. No one contacted us. Staff say it's up to clients about the price as they don't have their priceless up. Never returning again. We got his hair fixed at another salon.
