Visited this facility as a child but only recently started frequenting to use the weight room and the pool and I’ve got to say, while it can be a bit crowded, the facility is lovely has all the necessities. Also, Vanessa the person working at the front desk is so lovely, when I first got there she explained all the programs and facility features and guided me through the otherwise complicated payment process for the monthly membership. Super patient and kind, feel extremely at home here.

This little gym and its cozy pool are absolute hidden gems. perfect for relaxation and fitness in a welcoming atmosphere. What makes the experience even better is Vanessa. She always greets everyone with a warm smile, genuine charm, and an incredibly welcoming attitude. Thank you for adding so much warmth and excellence to this wonderful space!

Gym has old weights and quite a few new'ish cardio machines. Be prepared to exercise old school ways with mostly free weights if you are going to work out here
