Love this new location! I opted for 6 training sessions package with Lovey when I signed up. She was great, showed me how to use all the machines in correct form so I don’t injure myself and pushed me to be better at every session. Would 100% recommend picking her as your trainer.

If you’re looking for someone who will challenge you, uplift you, and help you reach your fitness goals faster than you thought possible, Lucy Gruezo is that person. I can’t recommend her enough.

I’ve had personal trainers before, but none have come close to the level of motivation, energy, and expertise that Lucy brings. From the moment I started training with her, I felt supported, encouraged, and truly inspired. She has this amazing ability to push you when you need it most, even on days when you feel like you have nothing left in the tank.

Lucy takes the time to understand your goals, tailors each session to your needs, and makes every workout feel achievable, even the tough ones. The results speak for themselves. I started seeing progress much quicker than expected, and it’s all because she knows how to bring out your best.

What sets her apart is not just her knowledge, but her passion. She truly cares about her clients and wants to see them succeed, not just physically, but mentally too. Her energy is contagious and makes you actually look forward to working out.

Lucy is an absolutely amazing personal trainer. It is just three weeks, and I’m already seeing incredible results! She’s not only knowledgeable and professional, she is filled with positive energy, very motivating and fun to work with. She connected me with a great nutritionist to support my journey and I’ve lost 7 pounds so far, i feel noticeably lighter and more energized. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer!

I was super excited for this gym to open. Amazing to have brand new machines and weights to use. I have come here for both my own workout and for a Regymen class. Coach Kyle was great in leading the class, making sure we all knew what we were doing and making sure our form was down pat. Hands downs a great club. Only wish it was slightly closer to home.

If you’re serious about training and actually have gym knowledge, avoid this gym. It’s absolutely packed at all hours. It’s nearly impossible to follow a workout plan because machines are constantly occupied. They keep enrolling more members despite already being overcrowded — there are easily 3 to 4 times more people than available equipment. Most of the members seem to have little to no gym knowledge and spend more time sitting on machines scrolling through their phones than actually working out.

Overall, the gym itself isn’t bad — it’s nice, modern, and clean — but the sheer number of people is just ridiculous. For that reason, I’ve decided I will be canceling my membership.
