I’ve been coming to Gold’s Gym North Gate for a couple of months now the experience has been really good. The new front desk girl the Asian girl with long hair is absolutely incredible. She’s super sweet and lovely with everyone always greeting you with a smile. Excellent service all around from her. The rest of the team is great too, especially the woman with curly black hair who’s really kind and helpful.

I’ve been working out at Gold’s Gym Northgate and I absolutely love it here. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. I especially want to give a shoutout to Maria—she’s amazing! Always friendly, professional, and super motivating. She genuinely cares about the members and makes a big difference in the overall experience. Thanks to her and the whole team for keeping the energy high and the environment welcoming. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit in a supportive space!

Quite a few Rude Staff members that act like they own the gym, this is beyond customer service theyre disrespectful.

The short skinny chick working at the front desk supposedly a manager shouted at a couple guys the other day and said i dont want to deal you guys again lol

I also witnessed the older lady working in finance shouting at someone because he had issues and was asking for help, she literally kept telling him i wont help you and kept walking away while he was talking to her, then she ended up shouting at him. the guy had a competition in 6 days, which is really the whole purpose of golds and which i feel any member working there would be supporting that and all he wanted to make sure was he okay to workout.

Probably been to every single gym in town, never have i witnessed poor customer service to that point, it is quite shameful because they are spoiling the legendary image of Golds which literally has a reputation worldwide.
